Terms of Service
Terms applicable to photo editing services purchased through MVisual Studio.
1. Service
MVisual Studio provides photo editing and visual enhancement services according to the selected package or a custom quote accepted by the client. The client is responsible for having the rights, authorisations or permissions required to submit images for editing.
2. Pricing and payment
Standard package prices are shown before payment. Custom requests are assessed individually and only proceed after the client receives and accepts a quote specifying price, quantity, scope and timeframe. Online payments are processed by Stripe.
3. Estimated turnaround times
As a guideline: 10 photos — 1 to 2 business days; 25 photos — 2 to 3 business days; 50 photos — 3 to 5 business days. For custom requests, the timeframe is stated in the quote. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, source image quality, additional requests and workload.
4. Revisions
Each order includes 1 revision intended to correct or fine-tune the result within the original instructions. Substantial changes, new styles or additional work may require a new quote.
5. Delivery and tracking
After payment confirmation, the client receives a private tracking link by email. No account is required. Final files are made available for download in that private area.
6. Custom requests
The client may submit up to 5 reference images for review before a quote is prepared. The quote is valid for 7 days, unless stated otherwise. After payment, the order is created and the client can upload the full batch through the private area.
7. Cancellations, withdrawal and refunds
Any statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to withdrawal, cancellation and refunds, remain subject to applicable law. If the client asks for the service to begin before the end of any statutory withdrawal period, the legal consequences relating to work already performed may apply. Individual cases are assessed separately.
8. Files and retention
Working files and results are retained to perform and deliver the order. As an operational rule, image files may be deleted 30 days after completion of the order. The client should save a copy of final files before that period ends.
9. Result limitations
The final result depends on the resolution, lighting, framing and overall quality of the original file. MVisual Studio aims to follow the client’s instructions but cannot guarantee results that are technically impossible from the material provided.
