This page briefly explains how the data and files required to provide the service are used.

1. Data we process

We may process your name, email, optional company name, order instructions, order number, technical payment-related information and image files submitted by the client. We also process information a visitor chooses to provide through chat or the contact form.

2. Purposes

Data is used to prepare quotes, process orders, receive payments, communicate with clients, track work status, deliver final files, provide support and comply with applicable legal or administrative obligations.

3. Service providers

The service uses technical providers required to operate the website, including Cloudflare for infrastructure and storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional emails and tawk.to for chat. Each provider processes data according to its own applicable terms and policies.

4. Payments

MVisual Studio does not store full card details. Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout.

5. Images and files

Originals and results are used to perform and deliver the order. As an operational rule, image files may be deleted 30 days after completion. Order, payment and communication records may be retained for longer when required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention or dispute resolution purposes.

6. Private links

Order tracking is provided through a private link containing an access token. Clients should avoid sharing this link with third parties because it allows access to the order status and final files.
